    2014年的i3处理器，Windows11 LTSC，遇到了Windows Installer的性能问题。任何一款调用Windows Installer的组件，安装都会很慢，在windows10可能不到5秒就可以完成安装，在这个windows11 ltsc就得等10~15分钟，才可以完成，更不用提那些大型软件了。系统运行速度还是可以的，但这个bug实在是影响正常使用。
